J&B Barista Academy was founded with a vision to elevate hospitality training in Nepal to international standards. What began as a small initiative by industry professionals has now grown into a trusted name in barista, culinary, and service training. 

With years of experience across global airlines and 5-star hotels, our founders brought their expertise home—building a platform where passion meets profession, and students are prepared for success both locally and abroad.

Our Barista

Meet Our Professional Barista

Our training team is led by Mr. Jagadish Bidari, a former Senior Supervisor at Qatar Airways and ex-Hotel Manager in Croatia, with extensive expertise in soft skills. Mr. Dipak Chhetri, a BHM graduate from the Academy of Culinary Arts, brings 5-star hotel experience from across Asia. Ms. Jamuna Chhetri, with over 8 years of professional barista training, is the Co-founder of J&B Coffee Lounge and an expert in advanced espresso techniques.
